ALTEN INDIA recently organized a 3 full days strategic event called the “One Alten India Leadership Conference” in Bangalore. This conference aimed at bringing together close to 50 key leaders from all its offices across India, to engage, co-create & define the One Alten India Vision, Mission, Core Values & next 3 years’ strategic business & talent goals.
The approach was to evolve each day on a key theme… Day 1 was coined as Reflection Day, wherein the focus was each leader’s self-reflection through a psychometric assessment, followed by reflecting on the business’s past performance, SWOT analysis and finally with the CEO presenting his expections over the next three years. Day 2 was Creation Day, with focus on creating a shared understanding of the scope of the India business, along with understanding the company’s current culture and co-creating its Vision, Mission & Core Values. Day 3 was Action Day, wherein the leaders along with their respective teams, proposed how they intend to achieve the 3-year goals.
The entire workshop included numerous team discussions, reflections, debates, presentations, collaboration and of course, a lot of fun n engagement in the evenings! The intention behind these efforts is to steer the company toward sustainable growth in business and talent. The insights, discussions & actions gained, will help Alten India take on the challenges in 2025 & beyond and function as in integrated One Alten India Organisation.
